Harold Kildow writes: Hayek's classic treatment of

resonates more truly every sad day of this era of Hope and Change.
(How's that working out for
you, by the way?) I'm thinking we should call it what it is--an era of Coercion and Tyranny by would-be despots.
Give
a listen to this PAC ad for a startling rendering of the facts we now
face in this struggle over how we are to be governed. If we don't
change course, we will soon have no say in anything that comes down
from on high, except to ratify it after the fact. Our lords and masters
will simply dictate to us, in the manner of Latin American dictators or
Iranian mullahs. And hasn't Obama been inordinately deferential to
these guys by the way?
